First and Subsequent Visits for Adults

Your first and subsequent visits will typically include:

• Professional oral hygiene
• Digital imaging
• Examination
• Diagnosis 
• Consultation to discuss your treatment options. 

In some cases, treatment may be able to begin on the same day as your consultation. However, if you have a complex medical history or treatment plan, a second appointment may be necessary.

To ensure a smooth visit, please bring with you: 

• A list of medications you are currently taking.
• Any completed insurance forms if you have dental coverage.
• Please make us aware of any medical conditions or if you are pregnant. 
• For patients under the age of 18, a parent or guardian must accompany you for your visit. 
• If your previous dentist or physician has taken x-rays, we can request them to be forwarded to our office.
